As most of the days this year have felt like a wild west reenactment I though it is definitely way past do for some good old-fashioned let loose fun.

An uncommonly warm winters day in Michigan, the elk I would imagine were just wishing for some snow. The bull elk in these photos is an impressive 14 years old and didn’t seem the least bit camera shy! Though admittedly I took some very hurried steps backwards when he stood up.
